Customer Insights and Advisory Board
Conducted a beta trial for a leading genetics company, investigating product market fit for a novel new product in the veterinary channel. The work resulted in feedback that helped adjust the product's digital offering. In addition, we built an advisory board of Veterinary Professionals, supporting the successful launch of the product.
Fractional Product Management
Led the creation and organization of a backlog of agile user stories for a leading diagnostic company's project. The project, aimed to dramatically improve a customer facing website, was also brought in front of customers, in feedback sessions we facilitated., resulting in a prioritized backlog and a visual roadmap for project kick off.
Market Intelligence
Created a plan to visit multiple customers to understand how a product fit into practice workflows and how it compared to competitors. A market leading creative company sought insights into how to help a client improve their product positioning and this exercise resulted in recommendations for positioning as well as key improvements to suggest to the client.
